Purchases & refunds
The one-time unlock is processed by the App Store or Google Play. To restore it on a new device, open the paywall and tap Restore purchases. Refund requests go through Apple or Google Play.
Your data
Your course progress lives in the app's on-device storage, subject to any encrypted Apple or Google device backup you enable, and there is no Escape Nicotine account. Settings → Export my data gives you a JSON copy; Settings → Delete everything erases local course data. RevenueCat separately processes an anonymous identifier and purchase history for purchase validation. For a purchase-data deletion request, email your App Store or Play order ID and, when present in your export, the purchase support ID. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Audio
Sessions play with the screen locked. If playback stops, check Focus modes and Silent mode, and make sure the app is up to date.
